Weaving – The New Meditation

We are very excited to be in the planning stages of setting up some weaving courses – for kids and for adults. We met with a very talented Lethbridge artisan, Celeste Pryde whose enthusiasm and experience promises a great learning experience.

According to Celeste, weaving can relax and calm the weaver as they get into the rythm of working the loom.  I likened it to a new (well old really) kind of mediation!
